A large existing shed was converted into a modern commercial centre with multiple tenancies. This was undertaken by stripping the interior of the shed and construction of a second storey within, plus also adding to the side of the building. Izzat were the civil and structural engineers for the project.

The design included the structural design to re-use the existing shed steel structure, plus new pre-cast concrete floors for cost effective quick construction. Izzat also provided construction services with full certification upon completion.
