New single storey residence with individual courtyard areas and polished concrete floors.

Structural and stormwater design and documentation including on-site stormwater detention for the new residence was completed by Izzat. Site challenges included the stormwater design for a flat and flood zoned site, with each separate courtyard requiring drainage.

Construction inspections were carried out at critical stages for both structural and stormwater works.
