New single storey residence behind the sand dunes of Diamond Beach, comprising of four compounds wrapping around an internal courtyard.

Izzat completed the structural design and documentation of timber framed brick veneer building with polished concrete floor. With the residence surrounded by wetlands, footings were strengthened to account for the swampy ground conditions.

Construction inspections were carried out at critical stages. The project was completed in 2010.
