Alterations & Additions Waratah

Izzat was engaged to carry out the engineering design and documentation of alterations and additions to a prestigious heritage residence in Waratah. This included the addition of several rooms and the removal of a fireplace whilst keeping the chimney.

Site specific challenges included mine subsidence pot hole design, highly reactive clays and high level ground water.

Izzat carried out construction inspections throughout construction and the project was  completed in 2011.
