New five storey apartment building in Nelson Bay.

Structural design and documentation of concrete framed building. Loose sandy soils required CFA piles designed by Izzat for the support of the building. Civil engineering design of the stormwater system including on-site detention was also completed by Izzat.

Construction inspections were carried out at critical stages. The project was completed in 2007.
