Carey Bay House Pool

Izzat carried out the structural engineering design for this residence located in Carey Bay on the shores of Lake Macquarie. The site required specific mine subsidence design.

The house itself consists of two levels of concrete and masonry construction. The large deck is covered by a double cantilevered awning. The in-ground pool provides a wet edge view out across the lake.

It was successfully completed in 2007.
