Izzat provided the structural engineering design in collaboration with Bourne Blue Architecture. The removal of existing walls opened the space leading to the new addition at the rear. The footings and structure negotiated an easement running diagonally through the property.

The alterations and additions to this Cooks Hill residence was completed in 2016.
