Detail Designs for Buildings & Manufacture

Our design and documentation services include detail drawings and technical specifications of all structural elements, ready for building tenders and/or construction.

We use networked computers for engineering design, documentation control and CAD drafting.

Construction Supervision

We review architectural drawings and specifications to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and schedules. This process includes balancing construction costs against the project budget to avoid cost overruns.

Our construction supervisors are available at short notice to deal with construction emergencies that include delays, bad weather, or other jobsite crisis.

Izzat can provide planning and supervision of project segments or the entire project. We protect the interests of owners or developers and can schedule and coordinate all design and construction processes.

We can undertake all or some of the construction activities from the development stage through to final construction. This includes coordinating and managing people, materials, and equipment; budgets, schedules, and contracts; and safety of employees and the public.

Izzat always provides written terms of engagement that outlines the way the project is to progress and the proposed fees. Our fees may be based on:

Timelines

Izzat defines proposed timelines and benchmarks that enable on-going evaluation of project progress. This timeline methodology may incorporate a variety of different visual images to better evaluate project progress and assess completion status.

Progress Reports

Included in our fees are periodic progress reports that facilitate tracking of the completion stage of a project. These progress reports also accommodate modified project imperatives driven by internal or external changes to the scope of works.
