Izzat Consulting Engineers is committed to providing a consistent service, resourceful project management and innovative design solutions and the size of our team is growing rapidly.

Because of our diverse background in structural engineering design and documentation, corrosion consulting and asset management engineering the firm enjoys an unparalleled mix of activity that both stimulates and challenges new recruits.

We employ a small but dynamic team of 18 people in offices in Sydney and Newcastle. The team comprises a sensible mix of experience and youth with over one third of our staff being under the age of 30. Three of our engineering team hold post-graduate qualifications and four of the team have in excess of ten years service with the firm. Average length of service exceeds six years and staff turnover is less than ten per cent.

Average salaries within the firm exceed the national average and our remuneration program incorporates bonuses that are paid twice yearly to eligible staff. Staff development is a high priority and both professional and personal development programs are supported with an annual budget that exceeds $34k.
